Who is Manuela Silva?

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to be here.

​I am Manuela Silva, a proud Colombian who, as a good Cancerian, defines herself as protective and deeply connected with the family and home values. I firmly believe in love, that powerful strength that connects us, transforms us, and inspires us to be better. It is exactly this love that feeds my passion for weddings. 

​

​My first steps in the wedding and events industry were guided by the curiosity. Without really being clear where that would take me, I decided to inscribe myself in a short course at the Spanish academy Bodality for wedding planners. There is where I discovered that I found my real vocation.

​

​With this certainty, I took the decision to become a professional. I did my master's in wedding planning at Javeriana University in Bogota, where I got the bases, knowledge, and contacts that are essential to highlight in the industry.

​

Later in the year, I took a step forward and got my international certification as a wedding planner by the Ibero-American Institute of Wedding Planners (INIBEP).

​

​Since then, my learning has been constant. I keep myself up to date with the latest trends in decoration, catering, and design, always looking for innovative ideas to customize every detail and to make every wedding unique and special, reflecting the essence of each couple. 

​

​At the present, I organize weddings and events; I also offer consulting to couples that do not have on their plans or budget to hire a wedding planner. I help them to take their first steps at the organization, I accompany them during all the processes, and I guide them to find the ideal vendors according to their budget and needs. 

​
